About The Unlimited Youths

The Unlimited Youths (TUY) is an organization with a vision of fostering prosperous and successful youth in Uganda. TUY achieves this by focusing on awareness creation, capacity building, and mentorship. By 2029, TUY aims to enable 1000 youths to secure gainful employment, become leaders of change, and thrive across Uganda. The organization's strategic approach includes strengthening its institutional capacity and ensuring sustainability, while implementing programs centered on Poverty Reduction, Climate Change/Action, and Innovation.

TUY tackles 21st-century challenges through youth-focused programs in poverty reduction, climate action, and innovation.

What We Offer

TUY is a youth-driven organization striving towards solving 21st-century developmental challenges via awareness, capacity building, and mentorship, with a strategic focus on Institutional Strengthening and Sustainability. Key ongoing programs include Poverty Reduction, Climate Change/Action, and Innovation, supported by initiatives such as life skills and financial literacy training, mentorship, ICT education, research, tech camps/hackathons, climate change advocacy and awareness, tree planting, and the promotion of green jobs.

Board Members

Okot Joshua

Chairperson, Board of Directors

Okot brings over 10 years of experience in youth advocacy and sustainable development. He leads strategic initiatives on poverty reduction and has mentored 500+ young leaders in Uganda. His vision aligns with TUY's goal of fostering leadership by 2029.

Management Team

Innocent Byegarazo

Institutional/Donor Relations Officer

A passionate advocate for social justice, sustainability, and African development, Innocent manages donor partnerships and fundraising. He has secured grants for 10+ youth projects and builds bridges with NGOs for collaborative impact.

Basembera Isaac

Versatile Computer Scientist

With a passion for data analysis, visualization, networks, cybersecurity, multimedia, web design, and databases, Isaac drives TUY's tech innovations. He develops digital tools for youth training and ensures secure, scalable platforms.

Volunteers

Okello Brian Jabez

Medical Volunteer

Okello guides climate advocacy and leadership efforts, serving as an expert in youth policy. He organizes health-focused workshops and mobilizes communities for sustainable practices in rural Uganda.

Okoi Sarah Fortunate

Accounting and Finance Volunteer

Sarah manages financial operations and ensures compliance with regulations for TUY's programs. Her expertise supports budgeting for innovation workshops and tracks impact metrics for donors.
